Accommodations & Rates

We offer three categories of accommodations. Each has a list of features to make our guests feel comfortable.

OPENINGS

We do have some space available from May 1st through August 2008.

On this page we will provide as much information as possible about each type of accommodation we offer. We strive to make each one of our bungalows unique and practical. When on vacation or traveling on business, we will do our best to take care of you during your stay with us.

Room Features:

Our Basic overnighter known as Casa Leo, is designed for singles or couples and has a washroom with shower, toilet, sink, hot & cold water, double bed, rattan sofa and ceiling fan.

This unit is only available at a nightly rate.

The rate is $35.00 U.S. per night plus tax.

Our Bungalows are available on a Nightly basis.

These units are designed for singles or couples and have full bathrooms with hot & cold water, kitchenets, wicker sofa sets, closet and local color t.v.

The rates for these units are;

$60. u.s. per night plus tax

Please note that these units have one double sized bed each. water, electricity, butane.

Each of our units are with-in 200 feet of the beach and have been constructed with cement, ceramic tiles, thatch roofs, glass windows and mahagony doors.

Casa Kyle

With a little over 850 square feet of living space and 200 square feet of porch space."Casa Kyle" will prove to be very comfortable for up-yo a family of 4.

Second Bedroom

Each bedroom has 150 square feet of floor space and split Air Conditioning. We've put in closets in addition to the usual things you can find in the other units. "There's no thatch roof on this unit"

Sleeps 2 couples or a family of 4.

First Bedroom with Sea view.

The basic Rate on Casa Kyle is $125.00 US per night plus Tax.(based on single occupancy one couple.).

Add 15.00 US per night for an additional person or couple per night.

Please note : A deposit will be required for Remote controls and Keys. Deposits will be refunded at check out time.

Payment

At this time we're only accepting payment in Cash, U.S. Traveller's Checks or wire transfers.(Frequent customers can pay with personal checks). There is a "No-Refund" policy on deposits for reservations.
